To strengthen our international growth, we expand our international Service Desk team with a Product Service Desk Engineer to Stockholm.

About the job

As a Product Service Desk Engineer, you will, together with your committed and competent colleagues, troubleshoot and resolve issues for our customers and partners in the Teleopti Application Suite. We have Service Desk teams in Stockholm, Beijing and Denver which gives us a 24/7 organization. 


  • Troubleshoot product issues
  • Troubleshoot SQL and write SQL queries
  • Support customer product remotely
  • Provide user support
  • Actively initiate improvements regarding solution quality
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to find root causes and solve problems

About you

You are a person with drive and analytical skills who likes to be a part of a team. You take initiatives, have a passion for new challenges and work systematically to achieve your goals. We also believe that you have a technical interest and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where change is a natural element and the decision paths are short. 

Skills & Experience:

  • You have a post-secondary graduate education or university degree
  • You have minimum two years of relevant experience from technical product support or workforce planning
  • Knowledge of SQL server is advantageous
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in Swedish
